Hi! I’m Adina Conrad. I got my real estate license at nineteen years old, handling rentals here at the Shore in between semesters at college. When I came home for good it grew into a real career built on the Jersey Shore I have always loved. Along the way I have learned that this job is never just about houses. It is about the trust people place in you during one of the biggest moments of their lives, and I do not take that lightly. Honesty, integrity, and determination are what I promise every client, whether that means delivering hard truths or staying in the fight when a deal gets difficult.

Whether you are a first time buyer trying to figure out if now is the right time, a family looking for a summer place you will hand down for generations, or a longtime owner ready to sell, I bring the same mix of local roots, real experience, and genuine care to every conversation.

When I am not showing houses or working with clients, you will likely find me in the middle of a home renovation project of my own, cooking something new for my family, working in my garden, or chasing my kids around the yard. I believe a good real estate agent should actually live the life she is helping her clients build, and at the Jersey Shore, that is exactly what I do.
